Prior to Gliding Ant, Virginia was founder and CEO of Beta Hatch, a FOAK sustainable waste-to-value agtech company with technology ranging from CRISPR to robotics. She works with companies in biotech, marine energy, machine learning and space technologies.

Jared is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the Energy and Materials sectors. Before Gliding Ant Ventures, he was co-founder of BlueDot Photonics, a startup pioneering new materials for photovoltaics. He led product management and strategy development at Doosan GridTech, an energy storage integrator and software developer, helping the company grow from 25 to 75 people while growing revenue 4x. He's advised Fortune 50 companies through McKinsey & Co. on the topics of strategy and operational excellence. At Gliding Ant, he works with companies focused on energy, mobility, novel materials, and tech transfer from academia.
